I can't open creo parametric 3.0. When i click or run as admin it acts like it will load then does nothing.

I can't open creo parametric 3.0. When i click or run as admin it acts like it will load then does nothing.

I've uninstalled the 32 bit and reinstalled the 64 still when i try to open i get a loading symbol for a second and then nothing. Someone Please Help!!!

What OS? What GPU? Is it commercial or academic?
