IE is Back?

For anyone affected by compatibility issues with Internet Explorer 11 and Creo:

In Creo 2.0 M100 there is a config that will allow you to use Internet Explorer again.

browser_limit_to_ie9_mode yes

Windchill seems snappy so far (moreso than I remember with IE 10).

Interested to learn about your feedback / experience.

Any hope that this option could become available in a build of Creo Elements Pro?

Thanks for the tip!

Just used this on a computer with IE11 which had appeared via auto-update...

Creo now runs smoothly instead of the previous script error popups every click.

Cheers

Interesting that it works with CREO, but has anyone gotten IE 11 to work with Creo View? Every time a user updates to IE11, Creo View starts to open then it freezes.

Thanks,

Brian,

I am having the same freezing with CreoView in IE9

IE 9 is fine for us and if I uninstall IE 11, it starts working again.

Brian,

We had been uninstalling the upgrade whenever IE11 got automatically installed, and I was about to do that on another computer that a supplier was going to use to print drawings from Creo View, but one of our purchasing guys just clicked the “compatibility view” button in the address bar and it worked!

No guarantees it will work for you.
