When i have trying to install the Client of PTC Creo on user system the licence is not getting from server it shows unreachable contionusly when running the reconfigure.
Last 2yr we are using Creo on this system. Suddenly it shows error.
I have tried below solutions.
Checked using servername and ipv for installation.
Ping server is successfully in Client system.
Added firewall rules in server. (7788 and ptc_d)
added value in xml file port for 7789 in flexnet>> conf. (Added in rules also this port)
DNS server checked and added again.
User profile is deleted and added once in system.
In CMD checked server is ping or not, its ping perfectly.
Still this issue is not resolving what can i do for that ?
