Issue in Frameworks while selecting a structural profile

I am using Creo Parametric Release 4.0 and DatecodeM150

unable to see structural elements in Frameworks when trying to create a new frame assembly

element definition is blank. could not select the required structural element

I reinstalled the creo 4.0.. issue resolved
