I am using Creo Parametric Release 4.0
We are having issues creating a new user and was wondering if we can get some assistance. We do not have an admin account available in Creo but we do have admin access to the windchill server. I was wondering if we were missing something with adding a user and can add it through the windchill server. Or is there a way to add a user in the application itself
