I am using Creo Direct Release 5.0 and Datecode5.0.3.0
A license has been assigned for a user who will use the Creo suite.
We installed the Creo suite without any problem and we assign the user license that is available.
When we wanted to start one of the Creo software, the software closes directly with a dialog box saying that the license is wrong or has not been recognized.

Hi,
code 27.0 = Pro/ENGINEER Wildfire 3.0
code 31.0 = Pro/ENGINEER Wildfire 5.0
This means that your license file does not contain Creo Parametric 5.0 license (code 36.0).
So what software is compatible with this licence, because in the licence manager it's clearly noted that the licence is for Creo Parametric but for what version. I have Creo 5.0 installed.
For me, in the licence file, it is written :
Creo Parametric (formerly Foundation XE) Wildfire 3.0 Lic
Creo Parametric (formerly Foundation XE) Wildfire 5.0 & Creo Lic
Hi,
Creo Parametric (formerly Foundation XE) Wildfire 3.0 Lic
Creo Parametric (formerly Foundation XE) Wildfire 5.0 & Creo Lic
Ignore Creo Parametric text ... it is nonsense generated by PTC.
The highest versin of software that your license file allows you to run is Pro/ENGINEER Wildfire 5.0.

Hi,
I would need to see your license file to answer the question.
