License Request Failure Despite Entering Code
Still getting "license request failed for feature" after entering product code. Anyone have any ideas of how to get my license code to sync with the software?

Hi,
"license request failed for feature" probably means that Creo startup command is not properly configured. Please attach screenshot of error message dialog box.
Info & Questions:
- product code is entered during Creo installation, user has to login to PTC and installer receives license file from PTC
- license file is located in C:\ProgramData\PTC\Licensing directory
- what is the name of your license file located in C:\ProgramData\PTC\Licensing directory ?
- please open license file in Notepad and show me lines beginning with INCREMENT keyword ... I can check these lines and give you some advice

Also tell us what Creo version did you install.
