Run prcstatus.bat for server status

I used the code given on the instructions. 

Any help resolving this issue would be greatly appreciated.

Hi,

BE700908EDSTUDENTK12 product code belongs to Creo 7.0.

For Creo 8.0 you have to use BE800908EDSTUDENTEDK12 product code.

Ok thanks, I uninstalled creo 8.0, installed creo 7.0 and solved
