NC Check fails if accuracy is too small

Has anyone else had this problem? I'm forced on occasion to use mixed unit models and change the accuracy of some of the models to be the default absolute (0.00001), which, for parts in millimeters is very small. This, in turn, causes NC check to tell me it can't be used on this type of sequence. Which, by type, means *all* sequences. The error message leads me to believe I've made some error in my sequence definitions, when it is in fact the ridiculously small accuracy setting that is making it fail. Why should the accuracy of the workpiece or reference parts matter, if the accuracy setting of the manufacturing file is appropriate? Why doesn't the error message say something useful instead of this generic lie?
