I have bought and downloaded "Creo Elements/Pro 5.0 Student Edition", yet when I try to install it says it cannot connect to the PTC server. It says I can download a license file vie email for offline activation via the "offline method", but at no point does it state how to do this. Where is the website to request the license file offline?
