When I try to access the Options Menu in PTC Creo 3.0, it is not responding( well not totally, if I wait 5-10 minutes the menu appears, but every search, addition,confirmation,etc...takes this long also) I have uninstalled and re-installed the program...twice. Is there perhaps a file the menu is trying to access on our network that it is having trouble retrieving? Or is there a problem with my computer? The rest of the program runs absolutely fine.

Hi Jolene,
Is there any other user, that is experiencing the same lag, with the Options menu, as you? Have you tried on a different machine? If so, any issues on the other machine?
