We had a config.pro option QUERY_BIN_START NO.
Changed it to QUERY_BIN_START YES and we get the Pick From List dialog box, now.
Purpose is undocumented in the Wildfire 4 Configuration Options doc. You can't choose it from the config.pro editor, either.
Someone else mentioned using PREHIGHLIGHT YES. We do not have this in our config.pro. YES seems to be PTC's default. I did not try adding it and setting NO to see if it makes the Pick From List box go away, again.
