The thumbnail does not pop-up in embedded information pages in Creo Parametric 4.0 M150.

We are preparing a script to upgrade to Creo Parameteric 4.0 M150. When we deploy the script successfully, the thumbnail does NOT pop up on the Windchill (11.0 M030) information page in the embedded browser of Creo, Intenet Explorer embedded. The thumbnail does pop up when we use a webbrowser. We script Creo Parametric, Creo View 7.0 Creo Agent and Creo Thumbnail Viewer.

We had no issues with Creo P4 M110 (We need M150 in order to upgrade to WT12, after that we go to Creo 😎

Where do we need to search??

Is fixed. It had to do with installing a specific version of Creo View.

What version of Creo View did you have your users install to resolve this issue? We are currently on Creo P4 M130
