Video issues

Hi all,

We have a user who's been working on a pro-process drawing containing
bitmap images of digital photos.

The drawing opens fine on the following two computers:

Dell Precision 490 w/Nvidia Quadro fx3400

Dell m6300 laptop w/Nvidia Quadro fx1600m

The drawing opens, but the images are gone on this computer:

Dell t5400 w/Nvidia Quadro fx3700

Any thoughts?

Pro/E needs an OLE server for the bitmaps to show. Microsoft does not ship an OLE server in XP OOTB so you need to install an application like Corel Paintshop Pro or Adobe Photoshop that provides an OLE server. This should fix the issue.
