What do I do if I don't receive a Shipment Order Letter?

I've tried to install Creo 0.2, but as i'm running PTC Installation Assistant it asks for my product code or sales order under License Identification (not highlighted in instructions). I've looked for support it says that they are available through the Shipment Order Letter which is sent by e-mail. I have received an e-mail for creating a PTC account, but nothing involving confirmation of my order or any details of it. I can't install at all.

Hi Eve,

I'm not sure if you need that information to install the software.  Did you receive your license file?  If so, you can just drag and drop that into Source area under the License Summary area.

Also, if you have valid maintenance and a SCN, you can open a case with PTC TS Installs group.
