It will run fine with a couple of tweaks. You will need to install it on a 32 bit machine and then manually copy it the 64 bit machine. Then you will need to tweak any .bat file in the bin directory (that you actually use) to not look for processor type. Just change them enough so they think you are running a 32 bit processor. I can help with the specifics if you need it.
