auxiliary application XXX could not be started
I am using Creo Parametric Release 6.0 and Datecode6.0.5.1
I have a development made with Java Toolkit (Jlink) I have tested it on my computer and on some of my coworkers, the installation has gone without problems in all of them.
When I install it on a user's computer it gives me an error, a message appears that the application could not be initialized, I tried it with several users and the same thing happened.
I have tried and reviewed all the points that appear in the article in PTC Support (CS26558), and it remains the same.
From here I don't know how to proceed or what to look at and check, is there something else that could be causing the application not to initialize? Is there any way to do a debbug or get a log to see what is happening?
I have not found any file that can explain what is happening.
Thank you so much

You should be able to look at the trail file and see the command that was executed right before the error.

I have checked this file but it does not give much information about what the problem could be.

Is the path called out correctly to the toolkit in their config.pro?

yes the path is correct, I have checked the routes several times, I have even installed it in a different route in case there could be problems with permissions, but it still the same
