Hi,

I have subscription ending on 2025.

I've received an email "eNews and alerts" announcing Creo 8-0-2-0.

But Creo 8 doesn't appear on download page.
I've just retrieve my licence file and there is just Creo 7.
I can't understand why I don't have Creo 8.

Is there anything to do ?

Hi,

the answer is simple ... PTC database is not updated properly.

You can update it by yourself:

• login to support.ptc.com 
• go to https://support.ptc.com/apps/licensePortal/auth/ssl/advsearch page
• enter your Host ID and click Search button
• select all licenses using check button
• click Rev Up button and update all Creo Parametric licenses to Creo 8.0
