graphics issue

We have been trying to resolve a graphics issue that many of our users are encountering. The symptoms are when images of Pro/E and other applications do not refresh when minimized, resized, moved, etc. The problem is intermittent and has no pattern. We have contacted PTC Technical Support. We have tried different versions of drivers and settings too numerous to list.


Our hardware configuration is: Lenovo M58P Corporate Tower W7P, Core 2 Duo E8400 3GHZ Processor, 4 GB RAM, Nvidia Quadro FX3800 Graphics Card, Lenovo L2440P 24" Widescreen Monitor, Windows XP, 32 bit (Some users have dual monitors, however this does not seem to matter.)


If you have encountered similar graphics issues and/or have any recommendations, your feedback would be greatly appreciated.

What type of mouse are you using?


Believe it or not we have had graphics issues caused by a mouse driver.
