my laptop has these specs Intel Celeron M 1.40GHz 2 gigs of 4800mhz ram and some on-board 32mb video card and it runs fairly well. Takes a little time to load large patterns and stuff. As for what you have it will be absolutely fine. I can even run solidworks up to about 150 part assems fine.
