We are aware of an issue with eSupport impacting community login. We are working on a fix and community login should be restored soon.

I am sure that some of you know how to do this.
I need to figure out the backup process for our solidworks workgroup PDM Vault. It was not my respocibility before, now it fell on my lap.
It is running on Win server 2003
Any help will be greately apreciated!
