Help please. I have a Surface 3 Pro.
My laptop should meet the system requirements. I've tried uninstall, reinstall a few times. I made sure the firewall, etc were disabled.
I click on Yes and the circular swirl appears as though something is going to happen. After a few seconds it just disappears and nothing happens.
