Hy there, im running parametric ptc on my mac with virtual box.
But there is one issue: It's running very very slow.
My computer is almost new so I do not thing that it depends of the graphic card.
Is there anything to with?
Thanks in advance
Creo Parametric normally uses hardware accelerated OpenGL for graphics. If you run it in a virtual box - I assume a type of advanced Windows emulator - I would be surprised if it didn't switch to the slower WIN32_GDI graphics mode. And then it is not using the modern graphics capabilities at all, but basically 2D graphic routines with everything computed by the CPU.
Open File > Help > System Information and scroll down to Machine Information to check.
And? Have you succeeded?
I've the same problem!
Is there any chance to run creo on a virtual machine?
Has anyone experience with vbox, vmware?
Greetings,
Holger
