Expected to manage the source code alone in PTC without any workflows

Hi All,

One of my client expected to manage the source code alone in PTC without creating any workflows in integrity manager.

is there any possibility to get only Integrity Lifecycle Manager Source Concurrent license for managing source code without Integrity Lifecycle Manager Workflow Concurrent license. or kindly advice on the solution.
