FlexNet License Server Install problems

Hello ereryone:

     I have install the FlexNet License Server on my computer but has failed.   

      OS : Windows Server 2012 R2  64bit

     JDK:jdk1.8.0_101 & jre-7u65

     the error message is :ZeroGu6: Windows DLL failed to load .....

     dose anybody konws the reasons of the problms?

     I need your help.

Hi jiang jason,

You need to run the installer in compatibility mode.

The FlexNet Version that comes with Integrity doesn't support Windows 2012 R2.

What version of Integrity are you using?

Yes, usually compatiblity mode is required, but you will probably have to install an older version of Flex as well (or run a Flex instance on another non Windows Server 2012 machine.  As mentioned, the Flex version, that comes with Integrity, seems to have issues with supporting Windows Server 2012.

     My Integrity's version is 10.8,and the Flext is comes with the integrity install package,it's version is 12,5,0,0 ,but i also want to know whether  there is another way that we can solve the problems?
