While reading the information about the extension you probably noticed this text:
"This item has been tested and certified by ThingWorx to successfully work with the ThingWorx platform, however this item is not currently supported by ThingWorx. By utilizing this item you acknowledge that the content is provided in "as-is" condition and support will not be provided."
In simpler terms, this means that adequate R&D and QA has been provided for testing, however any discoveries of issues will not be addressed by ThingWorx Support or R&D. The good news is that other people in the Community may have some experience with this extension and may be able to share their insights. In any case your experience is interesting and can help others to overcome future problems.
We are curious to hear other member's experiences regarding this extension.
