Arti, from the error you appear to be on 7.0 could you also confirm the build? Also with what sort of user are you logging in to import this widget? Is this the first time that you are importing this widget?
Just imported this extension on Thingworx 7.2.4-b46 H2 correctly. What is the OS you're using? It seems like a lack of permissions to create in the specific directory.
