Hi everyone,
When I'm creating a Boolean Goal model in Analytics Builder, it finished everytime in a failed statement.
Please find below the error:
"Could not extract threshold value for the specified model with goal V_SensFiloRottoRealDX For support cases please provide this log tag: 068b21ce-8300-480a-a7d3-e61e52622a48"
My release is 8.3.2
Anyone could you help me?

Hi Elia
Thank you for this.
I was able to reproduce this with non English Regional Settings for system accounts.
Could you follow the steps in https://www.ptc.com/en/support/article?n=CS294946 to confirm if it help s ?
Thank you
Kind regards

Hi @eazzarito
Thank you for the post.
Have you tried with the demo dataset beanpro form inside the extension media > sample_data folder ?
It would be interesting to know if this is specific to your dataset or generic to other dataset that we know work (hence the use of the demo one).
Could you indicate:
- What is the OS version you are using ?
- What is the version of ThingWorx Platform ?
- What are your regional settings set to ?
- Could you upload all the ThingWorx Analytics log files (see https://www.ptc.com/en/support/article?n=CS268761 for location of the log files)
Also , is this a new installation or did you update from a previous version of ThingWorx Analytics ?
Did it work before or did it never work ?
Thank you
Kind regards
Christophe
Hi Christophe,
- OS version is Windows10;
- ThingWorx Platform version is 8.3.2;
- Attached the log files;
This is a update from a previous version of ThingWorx Analytics.
When I used the release 8.2, it worked.
Thank you
Kind regards
Elia
Hi Elia
Thank you for the logs.
I am not seeing the worker.log file, could you please provide it too ?
Also, could you do the following:
- Access Builder > Models
- Select the failed job and select Job Details
write down the Result Id for the model job
- In Windows Explorer navigate to <ThingWorxAnalytics>/data/data/results/data and collect the file <resultID>.xml.gz and upload it here
Thank you
Kind regards
Christophe
