AndroidDeviceMashup not working

Hello, everyone.

I'm trying to Android Smartphones and Thingworx - ThingWorx : ThingWorx.

But AndroidDeviceMashup not working. same ip, same Thing name, and same App Key. No firewalls. but android app still send me a message "Connection error, check IP, Thing Name or App Key".

My ThingWorx Platform version is  'SP5_ThingWorx-Platform-H2-7-2-5'

Somebody help me, then I appreciate it.

Where are you seeing this error? Have you tried looking in the logs to see if there is anything more specific?

I'm seeing this error on android application next to 'Stop SENDING DATA'.
