Hi all,
I have a problem to show the property values in anomaly dashboard mashup.
The alert is in MONITORING status but the graphic is empty.
While is training, it works fine creating the correctly result and training database.
could you help me?
Thanks.

Hi Elia
The property TEN_FRENO_V needs to be logged.
for this :
- select the property TEN_FRENO_V in the property page
- tick the Logged checkbox,
- press the "tick" icon on top of the page
- Save the thing
Wait for some data to come in, the mashup should update (this depends on the incoming rate of the data though).
Also QueryNumberPropertyHistory should output some data for that property.
Kind regards
Christophe
Hi @eazzarito
Could you give some more input:
-what is the release of ThingWorx you are using ?
-what is the exact name of the training and result jar files you are using
-did you restart ThingWorx or the microservices while the anomaly alert was running ?
- did the signal got interrupted at some point while the anomaly alert was running ?
you mentioned it worked fine in training, do you mean you could see the data in the mashup during training ?
Could you send the output / screenshots of:
- General Information page in Composer of thing TW_AVV_1379_DX_R, showing the template, implemented shape, value stream
- Properties page of the same thing showing definition of property TEN_FRENO_V
- output of service QueryNumberPropertyHistory for property TEN_FRENO_V between 14:20:00 and 14:40:00
- output of service GetAllAnomalyAlertTrainingStatistics
Also note that the sample anomaly mashup is just that a sample, you can also check alert stratus under monitoring > Alert Summary and Alert History.
You can also build your own mashup if more appropriate.
Kind regards
Christophe
Hi Cristophe,
I'm going to answer you for each point:
- The release is 8.3.1;
- The files name are RESULTS-H2-FILE.YML,TRAINING-STANDALONE-SINGLE.YML and MICROSERVICES.PROPERTIES;
- No, we didn't;
- No, we didn't;
No, I was saying that it works fine in the creation of databases but it didn't work in mashup in training too.
Please find attachments.
Thanks for your collaboration. Many thanks in advance.
Best Regards,
Elia
