AutoComplete widget Issue

I was using Selected Value Field from Autocomplete widget. Now I imported latest version of Autocomplete and the selected value field is not passing the value to the services. So I reverted to the old extension which was used before this change. Now also selected value field is not present in properties of Autocomplete widget. No logs generated for this. Iam clueless about what is happening here. Anyone can add ideas to fix this as it is causing critical issue in customer environment.

Thanks for your inputs @Rocko

I found that Multiple autocomplete extensions present in Manage>>Installed Extensions. I removed which is not needed. Now Autocomplete extension is working fine.

1) Autocomplete is not a supported widget.

2) You do not give your version of ThingWorx, the number of "latest version" nor the number of "old extension" you are using.

3) The latest version I can see is five years old, when the current TWX version was 8.4, we're now at 9.6, it also uses JQueryUI version 1.11.4 which might not be compatible to the current used JQuery version - not very surprising it's not working OOTB.

4) Logs can not only be under TWX monitoring, for widgets you would also need to look at the browser console, e.g. in Developer mode.

5) Why it's not working after you reverted, no one can tell you as you gave no insight in what you did or how you did it.

Try to create a new empty test mashup, add the widget and the most easy configuration you can image. If it works there, work you way up to your configuration. If you can't make it work, bring in the backups.
