i've started thingworx 30days foundation server yesterday but didn't work

i launch the server with Crome browser, and i got ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED message
how can i get this right?
what's going on? it doesn't work next step

Hi Seonho, from which region are you attempting to access this? I can see that it's responding for the authentication, have you already tried on other browsers as well?
i don't know what i do but i'm connect server success.
i think because reboot my PC and delete cash, internet history.
before i did, other PC didn't connect my foundation server,
but now it's very well. thanks your comment.
