Change PDF Extension to US Letter Size instead of A4

Is it possible to configure the PDF extension to output files in US letter size (8.5" x 11") instead of A4 size (210mm x 297mm)?

Please note the PDF extension is no longer supported and provided in "as-is" condition. You may look into customizing the extension or implementing you own Java extension.
