I've got this error
Date Time Level Source Event
17-07-18 4:21:57 PM Error ThingWorx Native Interface Connection to ThingWorx failed. | Platform 10.0.75.1:443/Thingworx/WS, error: could not initialize a secure socket connection.
Can someone help?
When you browse to the ThingWorx server instance you are trying to connect to do you get a response? Are you using http or https? Do you you have a self-signed certificate? If you are able to successfully browse to the ThingWorx instance, post a screenshot of the browser address bar and it will help to debug these issues
I use http, and I don't have a self-signed certificate. When I installed it it worked for 4 hours and then that error happend.
You should be making a connection on port 80, not port 443 that is listed in the error message. I thought the error was coming from the ThingWorx Edge Microserver.
You need to resolve why you cannot browse to ThingWorx before you attempt another way to connect to it. Is the ThingWorx server still running? Do you have a network route to the server?
I change the port when I was trying diffrent ones, but it is still the same... Yes the server is running and I have a network route to the server, as I sad it worked for 4 hours, I used Thingworx and then suddenly it stopped working with the error message that I wrote.
The browser screenshot you posted shows an error. If you can not successfully browse to the ThingWorx server, you will not be able to connect to it with other methods.
