Create ICON from jpeg image

I have jpeg image. I want to create icon using that image. The icon I will be using for sub menus

There is an ICON selection field when you create new Menu items, and it accepts Media entity, so just use your Jpeg image to create a Media would work.

I had tried using the media entity. But the icon size for menu is showing as very small as attached 

But I am expecting the icon size as attached

This Cat image is the largest area an icon could reach

There's actually a field called ICONmaxWidth you can use, that could change the size.
