Data, Properties, Explore, Widget, Layout Panel is not visible in Thingworx

Data, Properties, Explore, Widget, Layout Panel is not visible in Thingworx. Can anyone please help me out here. I already tried restarting the tomcat.

Thingworx version is :  9.3

Are there any errors (check browser developer tools) while loading mashups in Composer?

Also, try to restart DB and Tomcat or complete machine (if both DB and TWX are in same machine)

Recently I faced this issue due to one of the custom extensions. Check if someone imported any custom extension.

Just because. I would open a Incognito tab in the browser and try opening composer. If what ever changed is stored as a setting in the cookies or browser settings. This will give you a clean start. A great easy test.
