Thanks a ton Steve. I have performed this step & it help me out.

I have created service with SQL Query & in table/columns it shows desired database.

But when I tried to 'Test' service it give error "[context: com.thingworx.webservices.context.HttpExecutionContext@3187ba32][message: Unable to Invoke Service GetData on MyService : Could not execute service after making (2) attempts]"</div></p>

This configuration also worked for me.
In addition I just wanted to point out that Oracle has different JDBC drivers for different minor releases of the DBMS.
For instance, 11g version 11.2.0.3 has a different driver than 11.2.0.4
