Deleting a Data Shape

I have tried to delete a data shape, but cannot as Composer posts an error message that says this entity is referenced by one other entity.

When I review the dependencies, there are none listed.

How can I determine what entity is being referenced?  Could a mashup be the culprit?

Any help is appreciated.

Hi John, this is a great place to use SQUEAL!

Go to your Squeal page: <server name:port>/Thingworx/Squeal

Search for your DataShape name (or part of it), click it in the search results screen and you should see where your item is being used.

Thanks for the prompt response.

Good suggestion on SQUEAL.  I used it and the results do not show any other references besides a model tag.

Any additional thoughts or am I missing something here?

Hi John, can you Restart Tomcat and then try the delete please?

I restarted Tomcat and relaunched Composer.  I was then able to successfully delete the Shapes and Thingtemplates that no longer had any dependencies.
