1) The product is called ThingWorx, not Thongworm. You either misspelled or you are in the wrong place.

2) Please understand this is NOT PTC support. This is a public forum, no-one here will schedule a call with you.

If you need product support, log a ticket with official PTC support at support.ptc.com

3) There is no need to post several times about the same topic. You already opened a thread under https://community.ptc.com/t5/ThingWorx-Developers/http-localhost-8080-its-not-Connecting-and-when-is-open-first/td-p/1035223/jump-to/first-unread-message and you got replies there.

Hi,

When I am deploying thingworx.war file, the services got start and immediately get stop and localhost8080 is showing popup that its cannot be loaded. I can see the thingworx folder but some of the files are not install and in thingworx platform licence key is not generated.

Hi @JJ_10299656

You're deploying such an old version and there are numerous things that may be contributing to your issues:

- Incompatibility with the o/s, database, Tomcat, or Java that you have installed

- Failure to run the scripts for creating the database schema and tables

- Configuration errors

There are so many things to review here, it would be best to open a case.  If you like to move forward with a case, I'm happy to open one on your behalf.

Regards.
