Does Thingworx IoT platform have billing capabilities

Hi,

I'm doing some market research on IoT platforms and I am wondering whether I can bill end users of my product/application from Thingworx? Can I set up rules to mediate how occurrences are rated and charged from Thingworx and if not, are there any partners that Thinworx recommends to add such functionality?

Not out of the box, but easily you can query the model and do a billing resume.

Can you define 'billing resume' please? I'm not particularly technically educated.
