Does Thingworx IoT platform have billing capabilities

Hi,

I'm doing some market research on IoT platforms and I am wondering whether I can bill end users of my product/application from Thingworx? Can I set up rules to mediate how occurrences are rated and charged from Thingworx and if not, are there any partners that Thinworx recommends to add such functionality?
