Does an InfoTable has a limit number of rows? How to change it?

Does an InfoTable has a limit number of rows? How to change it?.

I am having trouble coping data from a result query with 21000 rows to an Info table.

Shouldn't, but you must think that all Infotable operations are memory intensive operations.
