I am attempting to have the Axeda Platform send an email as a text message to my phone in addition to my regular email address. I receive the email, but not the text message. However, I am able to send the text message from my email account. Does the Axeda platform allow sending of SMS messages using the carrier's email protocol (see How to send email to a phone « SMS 411)?

I figured it out. I was changing the email addresses in the Admin->Users area instead of through the Preferences area by Change Notification Styles.
Confusing...
This shouldn't be a problem. Have you tried only sending an email to the SMS?
Yes, I removed the prior email address from my user attributes and the email is still being sent to it and not to my new address.
