Do you have your own environment set-up? Or are you using a Trial version or Hosted Server from https://developer.thingworx.com/en/resources/guides/analytics-builder-quickstart ?

Thanks for your answear!

I did a incorrectly installation.

After install the ThingWorx Analytics again the problem was resolved.
