Hi @karthikk.

It appears you are running 32-bit Java and possibly a 32-bit O/S.  ThingWorx only runs on 64-bit operating systems and requires 64-bit Java.

Regards.

Hi @karthikk.

Sincere apologies for the delay.  This got lost in the shuffle.

If you are still having an issue, please provide the following:

- Version of ThingWorx being deployed

- ApplicationLog.log located at \ThingworxStorage\Logs

- How much RAM is installed?

- How many CPU cores?

- Which database are you running?

Once we have a better understanding of your environment, we should be able to guide you to a resolution.

Regards.
