FIleupload widget action on iPad / iPhone

Hi Developers,

I'm trying to create a mashup to capture and display images.

as the first step, I put a fuleupload widget.

Browse button works when I click with mouse but not work when I use finger or apple pencil.

Could anyone help me to solve this ?

our ThingWorx version is ThingWorx 9.3.6-b1323.

let me add information on device.

I was using an iPad. when I click the browse button with my finger or apple pencil, it doesnt work but it works if I use keyboard.

This is a bit of a specialized question (something that does not work only on iPad).

I'm assuming that the vast majority of the users here do not use iPads as their test devices, so we're lacking the expertise needed to answer this question.

However, this looks like a bug, and I recommend to open a support case in support.ptc.com.

As a general approach, whenever you have a ThingWorx behavior that seems to be a bug, in addition to posting a forum question, always open a support case with PTC Technical Support, to validate if that's being really a bug, and fixed, if that's true.
