Fileupload widget issue on ThingWorx 9.3 running on iPad / iPhone

Would you please give me any update about this issue. I am having a same issue at the moment and my thingworx version is also 9.3.

Important info: When i connect mouse with ipad with cable and click browse button it works. When i touch i click on browse with my finger. It does not work. If you need any further information for debugging purposes just let me know about it.

The answer of Vlad is still valid in all points. We can't tell if a ticket was created with support. That would be a question to the original thread poster.

But 9.3 is out of support so you might want to update first and see if the issue persists. If it is a bug, then a fix won't be backported to 9.3 anyways. Probably something in jquery library and taps vs clicks.

Thank you and yes this problem is still in this version 9.3 as i have examine it with ptc. We are planning to now update the version to 9.7.
