Graphical Widgets

I'm trying to write a graphical widget, and needing some extra information.

1. Is there any documentation on how to use the TW.ChartLibrary package?
2. My memory is that D3 was used as the underlying graphical package. However it seems that in a recent release this was replaced with Raphael. Is that the case, or was I mistaken?
3. Is D3 still included in ThingWorx? If not, is there any known conflict if we write graphical widgets with D3?

I think that under standard TW Graph widgets there's Raphael.
