Hi @AP_9587236
We checked the legacy widget under 8.5.6 and found that it was working. Which patch level are you running?

Patch level means what? I am using thingworx 8.4.4.
Hi @AP_9587236
The patch level is designated by the last value in the version:
8 = major release
4 = minor release
4 = patch level or maintenance release
The patch level is important as it often contains bug fixes for earlier major.minor releases.
ThingWorx 8.4.x is no longer supported, therefore later patch releases are no longer available for download. There may have possibly been a patch containing a fix for the issue you're having. Possibly another community member running 8.4.x can offer some ideas.
Note that it's recommended that you upgrade to a supported version (support for ThingWorx 8.5 ends in September). To do so, I recommend building a new environment running one of the newer releases (9.2 is the latest) and then migrate to the new environment for full regression testing. Due to the architectural changes that have occurred over the last few releases, it may be necessary to upgrade to the new widgets, modify mashups, update custom extensions, etc. If you need assistance with this process, please contact your Sales Rep and they can arrange for consulting services.
