How can I create mashup with fixed height but responsive on width?

Hello,

I want to make a fixed height mashup while width is reponsive - so I tried to use large header height with layout widget, for example, 2000px.

then, the vertical scroll bar doesn't appear though there are widgets on the area over full screen size(height).

Is there any options to create vertical scroll bar in this case? or is there any way to implement fixed height mashup with responsive width?

I believe if you put this mashup inside of a container mashup, and fix the six of the container, then the scroll bar should appear automatically.
